The current version of CentreTrack can charge rooms at either varying room rates depending on time booked, or a 3-stage delegate rate - the user can set which rate on each and every booking line to give maximum flexibility. Booking confirmation and invoice reports can be tailored with your company logos. |

The Client Module stores all client / customer information, together with categories, enquiry source, multiple contacts per client, a history and contact tracking sub-system, summaries of all bookings and invoices raised against clients. Searches can retrieve clients, or contacts in a split-second. If the mail merge module is installed, single or batches of clients can be selected and exported to Word to allow personalised mail-shots and letters. All one mouse click away, it couldn't be simpler! |

The Bookings Module holds all bookings made by clients. Rooms, services and refreshments are all entered on a single form, with quick-pick-lists speeding data entry. Entering a booking is very straightforward and is illustrated on the Features page. In addition to the normal functions for printing, listing and searching bookings, specialist searches allow caretaker, refreshment and room booking lists to be produced by the day, week or a custom date range. The double bookings sub-module allows users to check for possible clashes with bookings and rooms, checking every booking via a single click. |

The Invoicing Module. Manual and automatic invoicing is handled by this capable module. Bookings can be batch invoiced at the end of each week, fortnight, month or any period to match your requirements. Invoices can be raised instantly for specific bookings, via a one-click procedure. Also manual invoices not associated with a booking can be raised for other business inputs. This module also tracks unpaid and overdue invoices with full reporting procedures. |

The Supplier Module. Keeping in touch with suppliers is simple with this extra module. Tracking companies and addresses, each with an infinite number of contacts and histories for each supplier. Mail merge facilities are available, as with Clients, if the mail merge module is installed. |

The Management Module provides advance charting and reporting functions to keep track of busy conference centres. All bookings and financial data can be reported in appropriate pie charts and hisograms.
